TERMS OF SERVICES

i will not be adaptive when it comes to copy another artist style , if you intrested in my art please respect my art style .

I will only work with visual references , please if you saw an artwork in my gallery that got you choosing my services and u want same result I would appreciate if you mention it in the form.

I dont accept incompleted designs or messy refrences , i appologies .

if you commissioned a fanart I am allowed to use the artworks as a portfolio on my ( social media , patreon/ prints/artbooks etc..)

if you commissioned an original character will still use it for patreon content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illust.

You have the right to publish and promote the artwork wherever you want, as long as you credit me as the artist done by .

my Artworks / commissions are not gonna be used by any means for NFT or any sort of that ,other wise u will be backlisted from my services. unless you 100% purchased the full rights licence

All commissions should all be paid in full upfront but , if u new are a new customer u must be paying 50% .

The payment is made through (Paypal invoice or paypal direct payment link) . which is requires an extra (4.4% plus) cost to cover the platform fees.

you will receive a paypal invoice and payment must be made in full before starting your commission (payment deadline is 48 hours after accepting your application, otherwise the application will be discarded).

The prices set for my commissions are only for (Personal Use) which means you cannot use them for commercial purposes (videos, assets or streaming , merchandise etc...).

Delivery times can take days or weeks depending on the type of commissions or the difficulty also and the queue of orders.

The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

i will provide a sketch (wips) to make sure everything is approval of the sketch and details.

communication is important to me thus , You must apply most crucial corrections during this ( sketch) phase.

u may ask for 2 major corrections specifically for the sketch and coloring (pre-rendering) phase. Any additional corrections will require additional charge.

i accept during final phase small changes Such as ( small colouring/marking mistakes )

AS you might know i do YCHS so i do not include WIPs .

You will receive a high quality digital piece in png format, it will be sent through my DA : Stash. or by Gmail.

my first priority is to deliver a good product to my customers in very smooth maner and time .

Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for feel free.

commissions are non-refundable after payment .

if the artist miss the dead line or didnt sent updated informations within 15 days Only in those cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it.

if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 15 days, the commission will be traited as completed by both artist / client and no refunds or further work.

Public Privacy : The artist has the right to use and publish the commission and wips on their social media, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio with the permission of the client .

Personal use Privacy : non-commercial personal use does not include extra fees .

private commissions : + 45% on the base price for private commissionsin which i am not allowed to publish the artwork on my social networks .

Commercial commissions : contains commercial use rights
